Casa Wina Kuta Managed by ARM Hospitality

I had a great experience at Casa Wina Kuta Hotel! The location is excellent—only 20 to 30 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes’ walk to Kuta Beach, and just 6 minutes’ walk to Beachwalk Mall. Everything you need is nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d like to give special thanks to the front desk receptionist, Fera Nur, who went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed—she truly made my stay more comfortable. The breakfast served at the hotel was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options each morning. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a convenient, friendly, and pleasant place to stay in Kuta!

I had such a great stay at Casa Wina Hotel! The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. A big thank you to Fera for the warm birthday wishes—it really made my day feel special. The housekeeping team, especially Wayan, Laras, Angga, and Riski, did an amazing job throughout my stay. The hotel was always spotless and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience—would highly recommend Casa Wina to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-looked-after stay!

Found this hotel through a friend recommendation and shocked !! It such a nice and comfortable place here, even though it's a bit tucked away and not on the main road. Although the entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow, the location is very strategic. It's just 5-minute walk to Kuta Beach and close to Beachwalk Mall. The road behind the hotel also connects to Benesari and Legian Street, where it is very easy to find good food, bars nightclubs, laundromats, rental bikes and many art shops. And the great thing about this hotel is that even though Kuta is very crowded, the location inside the hotel is very quiet and comfortable, so I can rest peacefully. The breakfast quite varied, and staffs are very friendly. From the housekeeping staff, cooks, and bartenders to the front desk staff, everyone talked nicely to me. My room clean, garden is great. I’ll definitely back and stay here again.

I stayed for a night and extend another 2 days. I booked delux room and upgraded to room with pool view and it was lovely and amenities were great. Bathroom and shower was ok. Hotel people were nice and almost all of them speak english mixed with bahasa malay very well. Restaurant was ok and can manage with breakfast. My wife try spa massage and feels good. It is located in the central point of Kuta and very convenient to reach most tourist attractions easily. Shopping mall and Kuta beach are nearby of walking distance.

Very clean and tidy gardens and swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The reception team was very competent and knowledgeable. The room we stayed in was on the first floor with a large balcony equipped with white cane chairs and a drinks table. The balcony had a pool and garden view. I had a facial/ massage on site which was one of the best I've ever had and having worked throughout Indonesia I've had a few. I would thoroughly recommend Casa Wina if staying in Kuta, it's close to the beach and boardwalk but very peaceful....
